Famous Moonshine & Wine Tour

Short Description: We are the original creators of the famous "Moonshine & Wine Tour" of the Smoky Mountains. We have been operating our tour since 2015, all others are just an imitation. Only our customers get the best VIP treatment. You also get to enjoy a free Moonshine History Museum at one of our stops. This multi-million dollar museum displays the history from the early days of prohibition. This tour will give you tastings at 4 wineries, 1 cider mill, and 3 moonshine distilleries. A total of 8 locations in 4-5 hours. Our tour offers more stops than any other tour offered in the area. You will also get free gifts at the wineries as well as gifts and discounts at the moonshine locations. Our tour is not a booze cruise, it is all about having a fun time while taste testing the various spirits offered in the Smoky Mountain region. We often attract a more mature crowd but of course patrons of any age 21+ are welcome to join in the fun.

Tour of Lights

2.5 Hour Christmas Lights Tour 

Short Description: Welcome to Christmas in the Smoky Mountains otherwise known as Winterfest. Anyone who's been to the area has likely seen the wonderful lights on display during the holiday season but its not often you get to enjoy them with all the distractions of driving involved. Come with us to enjoy the lights and stories of the Smoky Mountain area. Our guides will tell you about local Christmas traditions while you enjoy a trip through Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We try to hit as many areas and neighborhoods as we can in 2.5 hours to see all the festive light displays put up by the cities and the locals. Great fun for the whole family!

Vittles & Views Tour

A shortened version of our all day tour. This tour includes lunch and a 2 hour sightseeing trip across the foothills.

Short Description: This 3 hour tour takes you for a ride down through the valley and up over the Foothills Parkway for some of the most amazing views of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. Not only do you get to see the beauty of the Smokies, you also get to hear the stories and history of the area told by a real, native born local. Our guides are some of the best story tellers in the county. Passing down stories from generation to generation has been a tradition for mountain folks for over 200 years. This is an amazing tour for those who really enjoy the beauty and heritage of the Smoky Mountains. This tour is 2 hours of driving and 1 hour for a meal at one of our local mom and pop restaurants. The meal is included in the booking cost. We will be having a full sit down meal with many options to choose from.

Sights of the Smokies Tour

This is a full day tour including sights and stories with lots of locations. 

Short Description: Sights of the Smokies is an 6 hour "all day" tour visiting several interesting and sometimes lesser known areas of the Great Smoky Mountains region. This tour is designed to do a little bit of everything that a person might want to do in a typical day here in the Smokies. We will visit historic sights, hear interesting stories, learn the history of each area visited, stop at local shopping areas, see beautiful views, and dine at an amazing local restaurant (meal not included). We will be dining at a local restaurant which is of very high quality with top rated reviews. This is the most detailed and in depth tour in the area given by a true 7th generation local who roots go back over 220 years. The tour makes serval stops inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for views from iconic areas like Newfound Gap at Rockefeller Memorial. We also often vist the area of Elkmont where you will learn about the early history of the park and the people who lived here before it was created. Our guide is a direct relative of the most famous resident in Elkmont, Lem Ownby ... other wise known as Uncle Lem.

Trees of Many Colors Tour

This tour operates ONLY during the fall season from October to November. 

Short Description: This tour is designed to showcase the unique colors of the Smoky Mountains in the fall. The peak colors change from year to year but we always try to track down the areas where the most color can be found. This tour runs only from Oct - Nov. Along the way you will see a lot of the local area with views of the color changes. Your guide will give you a lot of information along the way about the local area and its people. The route can change from day to day based on the guides intuition and the areas where color may be most likely. This is the best way to enjoy the colors of the Smokies because we do all the driving and we know where to go. Tree color isn't always going to be abundant in the earlier part of the Oct, please bear this in mind when choosing your date. This tour is a full 5 hours of sights, and stories. Its a limited time seasonal tour and it always fills up quickly so be sure to book your date early before it is sold out.

Cades Cove Tour

Full of history, sights, and a chance to see wildlife in its natural habitat. Bear sightings are fairly common.

Short Description: If this area of the Great Smoky Mountains was its own national park it would be the 2nd most visited park in the United Sates. Cade's Cove is a broad, verdant valley surrounded by mountains and is one of the most popular destinations in the Great Smoky Mountains. It offers some of the best opportunities for wildlife viewing in the park. Large numbers of white-tailed deer are frequently seen, and sightings of black bear, coyote, ground hog, turkey, raccoon, skunk, and other animals are also possible but never guaranteed. On this amazing and breathtaking tour you will learn a lot about this once thriving community and its people. Learn its history straight from the horses mouth with video commentary from those who lived here and/or their descendants. You will be guided by a real East Tennessee local who is very knowledgeable about East Tennessee.

Please keep in mind all tour lengths are approximate. They are simply a guide to help plan your trip. A two hour tour could be as short as ninety minutes if its a small group or as long as two and a half hours if its a large group. Lots of factors affect the actual length of the tour and so should only be used as a guide for planning your day not as a determination in value. 

Every guided tour is given by a knowledgeable and experienced local who is well educated and trained to guide tours. They welcome any and all questions you might have. Our goal is to educate, entertain and inspire. There is no better way to see the sights and learn the history than from a local guide who knows these mountains as well as his/her own back yard.
